This is the python3 update

install command line tools (to get python3) & pyobjc
change dinobuildr.sh to call python3
2to3 automated updates to dino_engine.py
manual changes throughout, in particular to the autohash code
added removal of pyobjc and commandline tools
also made a copy of the legacy scripts and py27 code, called _legacy
