As per team discussion on Feb 17, propose: Install Firefox Nightly (in addition to release Firefox that is already being installed) as part of the prod manifest.

foxfooding for Nightly is a big initiative that we should support with new hire computer setups.

Implementation proposal:

use the current code from the Firefox installer (hash check for latest version, etc) - and just apply it to Nightly
