As per team discussion on Feb 17, service desk proposes to remove code42 from our prod manifest.

Reasoning:

we don't buy licenses for everyone, so we should move to the checkout - order software model for code42
not everyone logs into code42
not everyone wants to use code42 for backup
code42 is referred to in the IT new hire information page, people can follow links to download and install themselves if they need to.

In light of simplifying our setup process, remove code42 from production manifest.
